These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Customer") and Solvian Method ("Solvian," "we," "us," or "our") governing your purchase and use of The Solvian Method digital product.
By checking the mandatory checkbox at checkout, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety. These Terms are effective as of the date of your purchase. If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not complete the purchase or access the product. Solvian Method reserves the right to update these Terms at any time, with notice provided via the website or email to the address provided at checkout.
The Solvian Method is an 8-module structured business clarity system delivered as a digital download. Upon successful purchase, you will receive:
The complete Solvian Method document containing all eight modules, calibration examples, and AI prompts; the Solvian Working Document for recording and refining your answers; access to the Solvian Member Library, a gated online content library containing how-to videos and written guides accessible via a personal member login; and lifetime access to all future content added to the library at no additional cost.
Upon purchase, Solvian Method grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, single-user license to use The Solvian Method for your own personal business purposes.
You may use the product and its outputs — including the Business Intelligence Document you create — for your own business purposes. The content you generate using the system belongs to you.
The license does not permit resale, sublicensing, or commercialization of the methodology itself. It does not transfer with the sale, assignment, or merger of a business without prior written consent from Solvian Method. You may not share the product with any person who has not purchased it.
Solvian Method owns all intellectual property rights in The Solvian Method system, including the methodology, module structure, AI prompts, calibration examples, and all written content within the product. Your purchase does not transfer any ownership of intellectual property to you.
The Business Intelligence Document you create using the system — your answers and outputs — belongs to you. The underlying methodology, framework, and process used to generate that document remain the exclusive intellectual property of Solvian Method.
The Solvian Method name, brand, and all associated marks are the property of Solvian Method and may not be used without written permission.
This section contains the primary protections governing your use of the product. By completing your purchase, you expressly agree that you will not:
Share the downloaded documents with any person who has not purchased the product; post, upload, or distribute the documents on any platform, forum, website, or cloud service accessible to others; reproduce, copy, or recreate the methodology, module structure, questions, prompts, or calibration examples in any form for distribution; use the system to create a competing product, course, curriculum, or methodology; provide access to the Member Library to any person who has not purchased the product; or share your member login credentials with any third party.
Violation of these prohibitions constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate termination of your license and member library access, without refund, and may subject you to legal remedies available under applicable law.
The Solvian Method is a structured self-guided system, not a consulting engagement or professional advisory service. Your purchase does not create a client/advisor relationship of any kind.
The product does not constitute business consulting, business advice, legal advice, financial advice, marketing advice, or any other form of professional advisory service. Results are not guaranteed and will vary based on the quality of your engagement with the system. You are solely responsible for all business decisions made using insights derived from the product. Solvian Method is not responsible for business outcomes, marketing results, or financial performance resulting from use of the system.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Solvian Method's maximum liability in any circumstance is limited to the amount paid by you for the product. Solvian Method is not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of business, loss of revenue, loss of profits, or loss of data arising from use of or inability to use the product.
All sales are final. Due to the instant digital delivery nature of the product, no refunds are offered once the download link has been accessed or the Member Library has been accessed. By completing your purchase, you acknowledge and agree to this no-refund policy. Any exceptions are at the sole discretion of Solvian Method.
The product is delivered via automated email containing a download link following successful payment. You are responsible for downloading and storing the files upon receipt and for providing an accurate email address at checkout. Solvian Method will make reasonable efforts to re-deliver in the event of documented delivery failure. Solvian Method is not responsible for delivery failures caused by spam filters, incorrect email addresses, or your email provider.
Access to the Solvian Member Library is included with purchase and is personal to you. Access is conditional on continued compliance with these Terms. Access may be revoked in the event of a material breach, including unauthorized sharing of credentials or content, without refund.
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your login credentials and must notify Solvian Method immediately at info@solvianmethod.com if you believe your credentials have been compromised. Library content is subject to change at the discretion of Solvian Method. Member access may not be transferred or shared.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Ohio, without regard to its conflict of laws provisions. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Franklin County, Ohio, or resolved through binding arbitration as mutually agreed upon.
Before initiating any legal action, you agree to contact Solvian Method at info@solvianmethod.com and allow a reasonable period for good-faith resolution. All legal notices should be directed to info@solvianmethod.com.
If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full effect. These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and Solvian Method regarding the subject matter and supersede all prior agreements. Failure to enforce any provision does not constitute a waiver of future enforcement rights. Solvian Method reserves the right to amend these Terms with appropriate notice to existing customers.
